I have a SC-11100 in my camper. when we are plugged into electricity, I can use the oven once, then none of the buttons on the panel will work and the oven keeps beeping. What is wrong with it? If I unplug the oven for a few minutes, then plug it back in, it will work once or twice, then start beeping again.

0 I have the same unit in my '07 Jayco Octane. Mine will not work at all. I have the manual and I have found it online. I had to do troubleshooting while my sister and her family had my camper in Nashville and I was in MS. I'm still researching a reset procedure I was told about but so far I'm leaning more towards replacing it.
