MY ASYLANIA Model SE80094-1 (cold) water dispenser...

MY ASYLANIA Model SE80094-1 (cold) water dispenser is very slow. HJot flows well. tried various things to unlock air lock. Idea?

0 Your cold water side of the tank,probably has an ice blockage.Unplug your unit for 12-24 hrs.The unit will get to room temp by then.Run cold side for a few seconds/cups of water. Ensure hot water side has had some water run through that side before plugging unit back in.
