Question About Oster Bread Maker 5858
I've lost my......

...manual, so I'm looking for a copy online. Mainly I want a refresher on the cycles that the breadmachine goes through...I've got recipes, but I need to know when to remove the dough mixer so that it won't bake into the bread. (It just looks nicer that way.)
