1 I also have a 5821 (love it) and no longer have the owner manual. I found this at the Oster site under “Bread Maker Model #5838” (the manual itself does not mention a model number.) The only difference seems to be that what used to be called “Rapid” and “Quick” is now called “ExpressBake 58“ and “ExpressBake 80” I found this manual. 005838-000-000_English.pdf
