The manual is very vague and doens't give much information, when grilling I wasn't sure if I was suppose to leave the glass plate in when grilling , I tried grilling chicken and after 2 minutes there was smoke coming from the top element ?? If possible I would like more info on this convection oven before trying it again. I would like to try the other options but there is not enough instructions on How To. Thank you.
