I cannot download the item. It says I need to download an easy pdf converter. I am using a secured site and it won't let me down load the manual. Is there another way for me to get the manual? Maybe have it faxed to me? If so, 269 659-1528. It is a white 2 tier; 6 quart model. Thanks!
