I need information on Oster 363-06 I purchased this model Pulp Ejector Juicer at a 2nd hand store, it has NEVER been used! It came WITHOUT a user manual. I figured out how to get the screen out for cleaning, but, I don't know how to remove the top part that collects the pulp to clean that. It looks as if it SHOULD come apart, but I don't want to "force" it. I just need information on how to clean the pulp collection area.
