Just bought this product from a goodwill store. It look new but didn't not have a manual with it. When you microwave food the food still cold. Is there a temperature control or the microwave is not working? I try everything including reset and cook time. I even microwave it to 5 minutes and the food still very cold. Need help or I will return this product back to the store. Thanks.
