Convection Use...

The Instructuion manual gives no instruction for the convection or dehydration use. Is there a separate insert to address these functions?

0 I just got off the phone with Oster. They no longer have instruction manuals for the 6059 Convection/Toaster oven. Reason: They received too many complaints that their instructions weren't correct and customers burned their food so they discontinued giving out instructions! How lame is that? The customer service rep was very apologetic. He suggested I do a search on yahoo or google for convection oven cooking and see if I could find some instructions. Guess that's my only choice. Ugh.
