I have a 12 bottle refigrator OW0912H6H and can't ...

I have a 12 bottle refigrator OW0912H6H and can't seem to get the right answer to help....tthe temp display will pop up at 74° but will not go down. I d not hear any parts turning on or clicking....please help! As for replacing a fuse I can't seem to find this exact curcit board.
