Question About Oster Toaster 6261
Received Oster 6261 Toaster Oven as a gift years a...

Received Oster 6261 Toaster Oven as a gift years ago and it was just removed from the box to be put to use this year 2014. Everything worked except the toaster elements which didn't work when in the toaster position and the timer on. This made me angry. Is this a simple fix? I thought Oster was a good product!
