the lever that you press down to toast does not stay down, someone has to manually hold the lever down. I removed the two screws on the bottom, but cannot get the inside out because of the darkness dial, (not sure if there's a wire attached to the knob), but I'd like to see if I can repair this, I've given it a good cleaning today, please let me know how to remove the "guts"
