The hot water faucet on my water cooler/heater is broken and I would like to replace it. I need a manual that tells me how to do so and some customer service number where I can order the part. When I press down on the red lever, only a few dribbles of water flows out. Clearly something is broken within the back of the lever. Also, is there a filter that needs to be replaced frequently?
