I want to make "baguettes". Do I use the regular doughcycle or do i set the machine on "french" and take out the dough before the baking cycle. My question is: when do i take out the dough if i use the "french" program.

0 When the beeper sounds, take it out and pull it in to shape. You can add some olives or other nice things at this stage. Bake it in the oven and Vola! a tasty bagutte for tapas!
