5 We emailed Russell Hobbs at productsupport@russellhobbs.co.uk Q: Dear Russell Hobbs, I already have the instruction manual for the Breadman Russell Hobbs Healthy Options Breadmaker model 12683. Can you email me a copy of the custom recipes cookbook for this model please? A: Thank you for your request however this model as been obsolete for some years and we no longer have the recipe cards we do however we do have a booklet with the recipes which we charge a small fee for. The cost of purchasing the recipe booklet for model 12683 direct from our warehouse is £2.35 inclusive of postage, packaging and vat. However, this price is only applicable for deliveries within the U.K. If you live outside the U.K. please provide your full postal address so that we may quote the correct price and delivery to you. If you do live within the U.K. and wish to accept this quotation, please remit the amount quoted. Payment can be made by sending a cheque or postal order to: Russell Hobbs Limited, Fir Street, Failsworth Manchester M35 0HS or by calling our service line on 0845 658 9700. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed and dispatched to you. If there is to be a delay in processing your order, i.e. the required item/s are out of stock, then you will be notified of this, together with our expected delivery date.
