0 I keep requesting manual for B&D 12C coffee maker cm2020b. I've been shown everything but what I requested. If something isn't a legitimate alternative (as specified by the maker) stop showing me those other items. Again, stop showing items other than I requested. You just waste my time and make it less likely I'll ever use your site again.
