1 i purchased 4 of these as Christmas gifts not one of them will heat. is there a special "secret". i've contacted hsn and they don't want anything to do with this as they were purchased from one of their outlets in orlando. they should have responsibility since they ship these items to the outlet. $79 plus tax each and none work.. how embarassing. shame on hsn..
