washed off temperatures and degree...

I love my Pro Line, but the temperatures are mostly washed off and the food item and degree it should be cooked at has washed off as we use this thing quite regularly :) It's AWESOME!! help please? Thank you ,Tami Pate 850-703-1174 PO Box 1155 Chipley, Fl 32428
