Please help find the manual for this air core Cookware...

What do the colors on the lid mean? Can't find out manual, and am making a seafood cassarole. Does anyone have a manual or the cookbook?

5 AirCore is a trgistered trademark of e4L, Inc. The back of my recipe book says: AirCore 6960 Eastgate Boulevard Lebanon, Tn 37090 1-800-874-8191

3 I am trying to locate the manufacturer of Air Core for replacement parts. Does anyone know where this company can be found? I can find plenty of distributors but not the manufacturer.
