Can't even get it to start! Beko Dishwasher DL1043...

Can't even get it to start! Beko Dishwasher DL1043 What are we doing wrong? Power supply - ON Water - ON Just worried that it's broken before we even use it, as there is no positive click closure of the door :( Tried the helpline but they are closed for the evening.
