Cycles are off , YET, when repairman tested with h...

Cycles are off , YET, when repairman tested with his testing unit he said everything was fine....but agreed..something wasn't working, he could not give a"Diagnosis ". Please help, I cannot afford a new dishwasher. Thank you. C. Ruggerio
