kid60b12 stopped half way through cycle made a hor...

kid60b12 stopped half way through cycle made a horrendous noise and then started bleeping, opened it to all the buttons flashing and see it display F5, we have read the manual and checked the filter, water inlet & also checked the waste pipes and all is fine. Don't know what's wrong?? It's not even 12months old yet.
