Question About Dishwasher Pisara 60P

Hello there! My Pisara 60P UPO dishwasher is not working properly. When I switch on the power only the coil gets hot and no water is coming also the control panel buttons are not working. Please help me to resolve this problem and please provide User Manual in English if possible. Awaiting for your help and support. Yours faithfully, Pranjali Borikar Finland
