Question About Electric Pressure Cooker 670040320 32905SA
Casa pressure cooker...

This is the number on my cooker, but it is not electric. I can't use it because when I've tried to steam comes out all around the lid. I have tried different amounts of liquid and nothing helps. Please send some suggestions! Thank you.
