0 It was my Mother's and she died last year. She would have purchased it from QVC or HSN? I am afraid to use it without reviewing a manual. It was only used once because she had a hard time securing the Lid. It was in the shipping box, but the instructions were missing. Tried contacting QVC and HSN and didn't get a reply. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
