Question About Electric Pressure Cooker EPC460

when i plug in cooker it lights up green then it turns off .then it lights up red and it says f5 .does it needs to be reset?

0 need to remove bottom cover and check that all connectors on motherboard are in tight happen to me,that fixed it.remove the one screw and pry the cover up.
