2 the casera electric pressure cooker is very easy to learn, place water in the container place the lid on,lock it,then stess the button,you will see P12 that is for the rice, press button again P20 for chicken. if you stop doing that it will cook the ckichen in 20 minutes, then it will stay warm. i normally pull the plug from the power point wait 10 minutes then i release the pressure valve on top to let the steam out simple really. just remember do not fry in it.
