Breville ESP6 - steam wand ceased to operate sudde...

Breville ESP6 - steam wand ceased to operate suddenly and only emits small amounts of steam despite gallons of vinegar water being passed through the system. Blockage is not in the nut at the end of the wand. Help!!!
