was given this massive coffee maker but no instructions came with it, please help

1 it would apeare that eurolab products do not have service backup other than 30 day warrenty would sugest spending a little more on a better quauity product and service centre back up

1 This person is just like me and we are both looking for a USER manual for this machine not a SERVICE manual. They are cheap machine so if they break dump them but it would be helpful to have their guide to USING the machine .... Tony
