I received the chopper in 2004 from QVC. Iput the top part on the bottom part. did't use it , tried to take apart and it will not come apart. I've read the instr. and followed them....just will not come apart. Seems to be hung up inside.l Iput it aside and called QVC. they said to mail it back to you. Needless to say I forgot about it and just came across it today. Would like to see if it works but not going to do anything else, until I find out how to get it apart.
