5 Finally was able to talk with a rep in Kohls Corporate Offices. Was told that they were the manufacturer of this processor & they did not make any replacement parts for it. Go figure! Guess when it breaks you're supposed to buy a new one......but it won't be one of these next time.

0 2 yr warranty. Had only 8 months. Has manufacturer defect. Neither Kohls nor Food Network will stand behind warranty. Have dated receipt. They all pass the buck

0 saw a new one @ goodwill but no parts, don't know if i should buy or not , are the parts expensive? is it worth to buy?
