I'm borrowing it from a good friend , however she no longer has the instructions. I know they said I need to cook the chicken ahead of time. After marinating it, would I just sautee it, B4 drying it? Does anybody know for how long? My temp range is 100-155 degrees. I also don't want the chicken to have some moisture left so that it's not too hard to chew? Thanks so much, Jordan :)
