Question About Food Saver vac 800
instructions...

got this particular model used with no instructions, except for inside the unit. Don't understand how or where to line up the bag when vacuum sealing and how long it should take , say for a qt. size bag. It worked just when sealing a bag, but I must be doing something wrong when trying to vacuum & seal
