Question About Freezer hf105cs
freezer has stopped workin properly...

i have 3 lights at the bottom of my freezer. 1eze green(control) 1 red(alarm) 1 amber(super)..a week ago the red light came on and the freezer started to defrost we turned the freezer off for a dAy and turned it back on the red light is still on (plus green) and although the freezer gets cold it doesnt freeze. can u please advise
