hi there, I have had mode ffa64 for a few years and lately the fridge is freexing and the freezer defrosting. I have checked the manual to see which temp they should both be on. I have fridge set at 3 and freezer set at 4. do you have any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong. many thanks vicky
