Question About Frozen Dessert Maker BL1380
Electric ice cream maker...

No recipe book or manual. Used a recipe found on line and proceeded to freeze custard. Machine was wkg but it shut off after about 50 mins. Custard is still thin. I pre froze the container and blade overnite.
