Just bought this ice machine from a local restaurant that was closing down, it is well used but has come with no instructions. Thing is I have no idea how to get it going and its my 30th party in 4 days and could really do with the extra ice! anyone have any idea where I might find or download the instructions? or even have a copy they could maybe scan?
