0 Good Afternoon mzannet, thank you for your inquiry! It appears that the pad of your Frigidaire microwave (CFMV157GC) is locked. I suggest pressing and holding the STOP/CANCEL pad for roughly 3-5 seconds. The LOCK icon will disappear in the display window and your microwave should resume normal operations. Best regards! - Z
