0 I had the same issue. The spring retainer in the plastic door latch had broken. I was able to drill a small hole in the plastic and attached the spring. Door now latches and oven works. It easy very easy to remove the interior door panel to get to the latch. I found it easiest to remove the door from the unit. Follow your eyes on the door hinge to see how to lift the door off its hinge. Online instructions for removing the panel are generic, but they work.
