The oven is in a "Lock" position. I can't micro wave my food for just a few minutes at a time. The only the "cook" option works

5 Most Quasar Microwaves have the same functions for locking and unlocking. Just follow the steps to unlock your microwave. 1. Locate the clear/hold button on your microwave 2. Press the clear/hold button 3 times Your microwave is now unlocked. Hope this helps.
