how do i cook a 10 # leg of lamb in a roaster oven ? wrapped in foil /or cooking bag or not? on a rack or not? with water in bottom of roster or not? preheat unit or not? roast to start at high temp and then turn down or not ? how long? what temperature for Christmas dinner; need answer quick...thanks
