Shorted out part of a built in oven by touching the oven control screw to the frame of the oven while putting the oven control face back on. Now the elements don't fully heat in oven. Control light doesn't light in oven mode but does light in broil and timed oven mode. Even on broil mode, oven does broil and bake elements do not fully heat.
