CIRCULATING FAN SOUNDS LIKE IT IS RUNNING BUT AIR IS NOT FLOWING, AND TEMPERATURES ARE ABOVE NORMAL. I BELIEVE THE DEFROST HEATING ELEMENT OR THE TIMER MAY BE INOPERATIVE. WHERE IS THE TIMER LOCATED?
