How do you get the tilting pocket out of the freez...

How do you get the tilting pocket out of the freezer? The manual says to pull up on both ends but ours appears to be stuck. Is there a trick to it?

0 I have the manual. It doesn't solve the problem. It just says to lift up but it doesn't budge.
