0 Hello sparkeyrm6, I am happy to assist you! Please help me understand if the question you are asking is related to the defrost cycle; and, if you are speaking about a top mount refrigerator? Also, may I please have your model number? It appears above-listed model number is invalid. You can typically locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) inside the cabinet, on the left or ride side wall. With this information I can better address the issue. In the meantime, if you have a top mount refrigerator you may change the temperature settings in both the refrigerator and freezer compartment at the same time.
