Question About Westinghouse Refrigerator RJ532T-L221
Losing temp .. Can't move knob to adjust cool flow from freezer to fridge...

Fridge setting is on highest but it s bary cold ?? And I can't move the knob to adjust ( in freezer ) Also a build up of ice on freezer wall yet nothing seems to be freeing in door or on second shelf ??? The model number isn't registering in manual search ??
