my RS2025SW side by side samsung refrigeratorl stopped working after a power surge I have replaced two power boards,the one on the back of the fridge one on the front called the PBA panel located above where you get your water and ice. also replaced relayPTC, and a relay protector O/L c-oil, and it still will not run has power cause light is on. any suggestions would be appreciated, Alex
