Question About Samsung Refrigerator RS277
Water leaking...

We have had water leaking out or the refrigerator for several years and have had no response form Samsung. We called a repair person to come when the Refrigerator stopped cooling He did not know what to do. He finally decided to pour warm water on the coil and the fan started working and started to cool again but we continue to have water come out on the floor several times a week.
