I have a Weather Works 18 QT. roaster that is 5 months out of warranty. I have only used it 3 times since new. I have noticed that the temperature control acts much like a light switch. It is either off or on high. This defect defeats the purpose of a slow cooker. is there anything that can be done? I have proof of purchase. I like the CH-9600 roaster but with malfunctioning temperature controls it is unusable. Thank you for any input you can give me in this matter.
