My mother in law bought me a 7 Quart slow cooker and the first time i used it it smelled like it was burning. Come to find out, the ceramic pot has a crack in it and the liquid was leaking out! I'm not impressed with the quality but i do understand things happen( unfortunately this happened the first time i used it at my son's first birthday with 70 people there) . I would like a replacement pot though! Also, it would be nice if there was a number to call for costumer service.
